In the 2024 Physician and Clinician Onboarding Report published by the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR) a strong correlation is made between an effective onboarding process and the ultimate satisfaction these clinicians have in their jobs. While onboarding a new clinician takes time and money, the long-term investment is critical in the retention of great clinicians.
